Bonjour,Nous avons des imprimantes HP LASERJET 1100 A ET NOUS RENCONTRONS UN PROBLEME CONCERNANT L'INSTALLATION DU SCANNER. POUR L'IMPRIMANTE, WINDOWS XP SP2 LE RECONNAÎT TOUT DE SUITE MAIS POUR INSTALLER LE SCANNER, ON N'A PAS LE CD PACK D'ORIGINE. SI QUELQU'UN PEUT NOUS VENIR EN AIDE, NOUS LUI EN DEJA TRES RECONNAISSANT.ON A BESOIN DU SOFT PERMETTANT LA FONCTIONNALITE DU SCANNER CAR L'IMPRIMANTE RECONNAÎT LE SCAN INSTALLE.MERCI A TOUS.
