bonsoir peut être ceci mais cest en anglais
1. Remove all of the paper from the printer.
2. Open up the lid of the printer.
3. Locate the "BLUE LEVER".
4. Toggle it back and forth 3-4 times and return to the "0" position.
5. Place 30-40 fresh sheets of 20 lb. paper in the printer .
6. Move the "PAPER GUIDE" to the left of the paper.
7. Press the "LOAD/EJECT" button to try and feed the paper.
