Scanner avec epson rx425

Bonjour,
je suis actuellement confronté à un problème de scan sur un combiné EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX425. La photocopie fonctionne, mais plus le scanner. Quand je scan, il apparait une image "irisée". J'ai réinstallé le matériel, mais malgré cela, rien n'y fait.
Mon système, Windows xp familial.
