Doro 6880 - signification d'une icône

Bonjour, 

Ma mère de 84 ans a un portable Doro 6880. 

Une icône apparaît en haut à gauche.

Je ne connais pas sa signification. 

Il s'agit d'un petit rectangle orange en haut du symbole "son" (haut-parleur).

Apparemment, elle ne reçoit plus certains appels. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Hello

My mother has the same issue; it’s a network problem.

It often happens on phones using 2G; they are shutting down servers because 2G will soon disappear.
