Hello

I need your help. I subscribed yesterday to JM Date for the trial version at 1.89 for 7 days, but when I tried to unsubscribe today, it was impossible. I followed the instructions to go to account subscriptions and cancel the subscription. I even went to the merchant's website to cancel as many advise, which is (importcash.fr), and I found my invoice, but it only says payment in processing and gives me no option to cancel. So I would like to know what I should do. Thank you in advance to those who will help me.

Thank you, but it's fine, I exercised my right of withdrawal yesterday, and they just replied to me saying that my subscription has indeed been canceled. Thanks anyway.

Hello,

See by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the homepage on the site in question.

With this kind of site, it is advisable to block the payment with your bank.

I did what you said, I unsubscribed and I immediately received a confirmation of cancellation, but I don't know if it's really certain that the contract is terminated. Please, I would really like an answer.
