Hello,

The presentation appears correct when the PowerPoint file is displayed in slideshow mode, but it is not good at all when a recipient opens it from the attachment.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Bernard.

Hello,

Please inform your recipients that it is essential to save the slideshow to their computer's hard drive for it to function.
In the email, it is in the temporary folder of the mail and from that location, it does not communicate with Windows.

Once your contacts have confirmed the functioning of your slideshow, come back here to mark your message as resolved.

Have a nice day

Sorry jag72, I don't know how to mark it as ''resolved''.

Click on the three dots under the initial message and then click on the word resolved.

So now does it work if your contacts do things by the book?
