Hello everyone,
Currently, a blue screen of error is preventing me from opening Windows.
It restarts but fails.
Then it goes to "preparing automatic repair" but fails as well.
I then choose "advanced options."
Then the following steps:
Troubleshoot and then Advanced options. (To avoid choosing reset this pc and prevent formatting).
In Advanced options, several choices are presented:
Startup repair
Startup settings
Command prompt
Uninstall updates
UEFI firmware
System restore
I tried uninstalling updates and system restore but still nothing!
Can anyone help me?
My son needs to use the PC for his homework and he was working on it when the problem occurred!
