Bonjour,

Hi,
Have you tried pairing the soundbar with your player beforehand at least?
Don’t you have another device already connected to the soundbar via Bluetooth (smartphone, TV, etc.)?

I pressed the Bluetooth button on the turntable to pair it with my BOSE 700 soundbar, but nothing works; my soundbar doesn't see my turntable, even though smartphones connect perfectly to the soundbar and my turntable connects perfectly to a low-end JBL speaker... It's pretty crazy that everything works perfectly independently but the two won't connect; it makes you wonder if my turntable and soundbar are incompatible?!?
Same problem (unable to connect my Harman Kardon soundbar), plus I find that the Marley turntable is really complicated to adjust with its counterweight, it's also a shame that it doesn't track the end of the record. I'm a bit disappointed to buy a brand-name and recent turntable to have the same issues as turntables from the 80s. I'm thinking of returning it to Boulanger and getting the Sony turntable instead?
It's a real heartbreak when I think of the pleasure I had buying Marley and all that comes with it...

All Bluetooth devices have been disconnected beforehand.
Are both of them really in a "synchronization" mode (well, especially the soundbar)?
So I went on the app and clicked on "connect a new device."
In principle, the soundbar must be in "synchronization" or "detection" mode for the player to connect to it, since it is the player that will emit to the soundbar (and not the other way around)...
