Hello,
I have an inetpub folder on my PC that has been there for a long time and I searched everywhere but I found that this folder is usually only on Windows XP, so I was wondering why it's on my Windows 10, please help me.
P.S.: I was on Windows 7 and this file was still there.

This folder is, by default, used as the root of the website hosted on your local server. If you ever think about using your PC as a web server (in case you are doing web development or hosting your site on your own PC), this folder is managed by the IIS (Internet Information Services) from Microsoft. It's a service that is part of Windows components (Win7, Win8, Win10) and allows you to run a virtual web server. Everything you place in this folder is served by IIS, such as your pages and file downloads from the web server. Leave this folder if you plan to use the computer as a web server? If not, simply go to Windows features, uncheck IIS, restart, and delete the folder afterwards if it's still there.
