Bonjour,
J'ai acheté un télé samsung (qui est aussi un écran d'ordi) il y a 2 mois.
Elle marchait à merveille jusqu'à hier : quand j'ai voulu l'allumer c'est affiché "signal faible ou inexistant". Depuis je ne capte plus aucunes chaînes.
J'ai tenté de brancher et débrancher les câbles à plusieurs reprises, aucun résultat. J'ai également tenté de faire des recherches automatiques de chaînes, mais aucunes n'est détectées...
Auriez vous une solution ou une piste ?

I've had the same problem for quite some time and finally I found out where it was coming from. Actually, it all happens in the hidden menu of your TV.
In the hidden menu, you have on the right side: Option and just below Control. And in Control, in third position, you have Hotel Option and this is where you need to disable that option (set it to Off) and everything will be back to normal.
To access the hidden menu, turn off the TV and on the remote you need to press these buttons in sequence: INFO, MENU, MUTE, POWER. The TV will turn on displaying the hidden menu.
So, no need to call customer service and pay them for this. Enjoy watching!
