Problème d'exécution de programmes

Bonjour,
j'ai récemment été infecté par le virus "av.exe", le virus se faisait passer pour un antivirus windows vista. Je ne sais pas trop comment mais le virus a apparemment disparu de mon ordinateur...
Mais depuis je ne peux plus ouvrir mes programmes normalement. A chaque fois que j'en ouvre un, une fenêtre apparait avec marqué "choisissez le programme à utiliser pour ouvrir ce fichier"
Si j'arrive a trouver le bon programme ça marche mais je ne peux pas cocher la case "Toujours utiliser le programme sélectionné pour ouvrir ce type de fichier".
Pour d'autre programme il y a juste une fenêtre avec "application introuvable" dessus.
