Antivirus qui bloque tout !!! HELP

Bonjour,
J'ai autorisé idiotement le telechargement d'un antivirus "Virus Protector" ou "Solution Super Billing".
Je ne peux absolument plus rien faire, executer un programme, ouvrir le panneau de configuration, il bloque tout et me demande constament de m'enregistrer. Il n'y a aucune option pour fermer le programme!!!!
C'est juste un grand n'importe quoi!!
SVP si vous avez une idée du probleme, si vous vous etes aussi fait avoir comme un bleu, aidez moi!!!
