Autoreconf debian

Bonjour,
Je me heurte a un pb sur mon serveur debian, lorsque je tape les commandes suivante voici ce qu'il se passe :

#autoreconf --install --force

Pourriez-vous me dire d'où provient le problème je suis pas un expert sous linux et je comprends pas vraiment de quoi cela pourrait venir
