Alert Threat found avec NOD32 Antivirus

Bonjour...J'ai attrapé un virus (sur mon pc -- ), j'ai besoin d'aide T_T.Comme Antivirus j'ai "ESET NOD32 Antivirus". Lorsque j'ouvre mon pc il y a une page rouge qui s'affiche avec " THREAT FOUND ALERT ", ils m'écrivent:
