Big pb avec ma connecion

Bonjour,
voila je n arrive a rien avec ma connexion !!!
si je me connecte normalement je pue pas comme ouvrier une page ou autre mais si je passe sou proxy ça passe !!? impossible de me connecté a irc sauf sou proxy mais je me suis fais bannir lol il n aime pas ça impossible de me connecté au TS "Teamspeak" sa me dis :No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline or maybe teamspeak is not running on it . le truc c que il marche bien le server alors sa vine de moi !!! ?
mémé truc pour la mule je n arrive pas a me connecté ni a eD2K Réseaux ni a Kad Réseaux ? bref c comme si j ai pas d'internet .
mais la je vous écri de ma connexion bizarre non !!?
pour les téléchargment aussi j ai pas mal de blém bref cava pas .

a oui mémé les proxy ne passe pas sauf sue des port 80 sue avec 8080 ou 3128 ou autre ne marche pas a oui je c pas quelle été mon type de retour et mon ip été un sou ip car sur ma connexion j ai un ip mais con je le vérifie sa me donne l'ip de mon dns ou mon server je c pas trop alors je me suis di que c un blém au dans le tcp/ip et ports de trucs au quelle je ni pige pas grande chose ^^.
